We can now deliver though all of Pangasinan. Our staff and drivers are negative for covid-19 and wear all the correct (government advised) PPE during the preparation of the customer orders and during the delivery.
CAKE ORDERS - IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOT OPEN CAKES TO CHECK THEM. As a result unfortunatly we have had experience with cake messages not be added. We are really sorry about mistakes that are made however to maintain utmost priority during the pandemic we will not open cakes for customers.
Face masks and face shields are continually worn while preparing flowers and during the handling of customer order items. Our drivers adhere to local governance regulations in regard to social distancing, face masks and shileds. We also maintain full hand sanitizers in store and have erected protective barriers to protect our staff and PFS customers. Please not
Products
All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available everywhere in the Pangasinan. We do not deliver outside of Pangasinan.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than two days after the intended delivery/collection date.
Products are delivered same or next day unless we are notified of a specific delivery date. Occasionally during extremely busy periods (such as valentine's days) we may delivery late into the evening.
Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.

A processing fees are included on orders when using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Orders / Payment
You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate name and address of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit and/or debit cards.
We accept payment by remittance (Western Union, LBC, Palawan Express) and via direct back transfer.
When paying by remittance (Western Union, LBC, Palawan Express) or via direct back transfer please ensure that a copy (or photo) of the payment transaction is emailed to:

Pangasinan Flower Shop will NOT process any order with out first receiving a copy (or photo) of the payment transaction receipt.
By clicking on the 'Pay Now' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Pangasinan Flower Shop website.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
Pangasinan Flower Shop will always provided you with an official (BIR) receipt on request only. All ordering, invoicing and transaction records are provided via our website after the completion of the checkout process. Should you need Pangasinan Flower Shop to mail you a copy of the official receipt please arrange this request with us before placing an order. Additional postage costs will be incurred depending on the location of the requested postal address (typical national postage cost of a BIR receipt is around 125 pesos).
Delivery & Collection
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including the name of the intended recipient and their telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
While we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, you acknowledge that actual delivery may be via a third party courier service. In very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible, in such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full.
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, funeral directors, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, a photo will be requested to be taken of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).
Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

In respect of orders for items from the 'Funeral' product ranges only, for delivery to funerals or funeral parlours, it is possible to select a preferred delivery time within the order process. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least two working days prior to the preferred delivery time.
Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Florist Delivery
Pangasinan Flower Shop delivers 24 hours a day. We always aim to deliver between the hours of 6am through 7pm, however, orders placed after 1pm may result in delivery if the item(s) in the evening. It is therefore required for the customer to us know if they do not want a delivery being made at night. We reserve the right to attempt delivery the next morning.
Pangasinan Flower Shop cannot ensure same day delivery if an order is place after 1pm (UTC). Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.
Cake items delivery times are dependent on the items being available at the suppliers which can result in a delay in delivery of a complete order from Pangasinan Flower Shop (we are not able to collect a cake and complete delivery until the daily delivery is made to Goldilocks). Also note that during the Covid-19 Pandemic Goldilocks no longer allows us to pre-order cakes. As a result (in some instances), some cake varieties are not available on the actual day of delivery. In this situation we will attempt to contact you and suggest a different cake as a replacement. In the situation where we cannot make contact with the customer we will swap the cake item(s) for a different variety to the same price and size.
Please note that customers must order 24 hours (from 1pm) in advance for Valentines day, mothers days and other special days otherwise your item may be delivered into the evening on the day or the following day. Our same day delivery does not apply on Valentines day or mothers days.
During the Covid-19 ECQ we do not offer free delivery to Lingayen and Dagupan city. This is due to the running of cars that we have to use to be able to make deliveries. (Sorry)
International Delivery
We do not accept orders for locations outside of Pangasinan.
Cancellation/Amendments
If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so, by emailing: flowers@pangasinanflowershop.com. Please give 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been marked as 'processing in progress'; or (ii) customised goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.
In respect of non perishable non-customised goods you may cancel your order from the point at which you place your order until 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for costs of returning the goods which must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancelling. You are not entitled to reimbursement of costs for enhanced delivery. Pangasinan Flower Shop have the right to deduct an amount for diminished value of goods.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Please note that when paying via PayPal there may be a cancelation fee of around 50 pesos that we pass back to the customer. This is dependent on our terms and conditions not being followed and when the cancelation is caused by the customer.
BIR reciepts
Upon request, BIR reciepts can be photo messaged to you or shipped via LBC. Please note there is a shipping fee of 120 pesos if the original reciept is required.

Refunds due to cancelations
A refund will always be given in FULL as a result of a mistake or cancelation made by Pangasinan Flower Shop. Should an order be cancelled by a customer - please note that refund fees charged by either PayPal or any remittance service will be deducted from the total refund amount. Remittance refunds costs vary by amount and by remittance outlet.
